The Bikali College Yoga Club was formed to encourage regular physical activity through yoga, helping members to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall physical fitness. These activities help foster a well-rounded yoga practice, promoting physical, mental, and emotional health while building a supportive and like-minded community.
