Bikali College is one of the premier institutions of higher education in the state of Assam. It is located in Dhupdhara, a small town on the National Highway 37 in the easternmost part of Goalpara District of Assam. Bikali College has a rich history of community engagement since its establishment and existence. It is the result of the culmination of the long drawn dream and the wish and aspiration of the 52 villages of the “ Bikali Mouza”. Their relentless efforts and the missionary zeal to enlighten their children with higher education led to the establishment of this institution on 14th April in the year 1982.
