The Centre for Environmental Studies at  Bikali College is dedicated to fostering environmental awareness and sustainability through education. As part of our commitment to holistic learning, we offer Environmental Studies as a subject for Higher Secondary (HS) First Year students and as a Value-Added Course for Degree students.

For HS First Year students, Environmental Studies is introduced as a core subject to help them understand key environmental concepts, ecological balance, biodiversity conservation, pollution control, and sustainable living. The curriculum is designed to provide foundational knowledge and encourage responsible environmental behavior among young learners.

For Degree students, the centre offers a specialized Value-Added Course in Environmental Studies, aimed at enhancing their academic and professional development. This course provides practical insights into environmental management, climate change, sustainable development, and conservation strategies. Through hands-on activities and field visits. students gain a deeper understanding of environmental challenges and solutions, equipping them with valuable skills for future careers.
