Next Nijut Moina Scheme Application Verification underway at Bikali College. The Nijut Moina Scheme introduced in 2024 by Government of Assam is a financial assistance program, through monthly stipend via DBT for girl students in Assam to encourage them to continue their education. The scheme aims to reduce child marriage and increase the number of girls who continue their education beyond high school.
