What is a Grievance?
- A grievance is any type of problem/issue/dispute/complaint or suggestion related to academics or the facilities, processes and environment within the college premise.

Types of Grievance
- General Complaint about student facilities and amenities such as classroom, hostel, library, playground, drinking water, toilets etc.
- Final Exam, marks, results related complaint
- Noncompliance of Code of Conduct
- Harassment by peer, seniors, teachers

Objectives of the Committee
- To provide a structured platform to raise complaints, grievances
- To ensure prompt and time bound solution
- To uphold principles of fairness, transparency and confidentiality in the redressal process
- To maintain a harmonious, just and inclusive environment for all within the college

How to Register your Grievance?
- Submit your grievance in writing to Convenor/Member of GRC
- Submit your grievance in writing to the suggestion/letter box in Administrative Block
- Submit your grievance to email grievanceredressalbcd@gmail.com
- Through your Mentor
