Undergraduate Admission Portal in Assam SAMARTH has been opened from 12:00 PM on 11 August 2026 for a Special Admission RoundI am directed to inform all participating Higher Educational Institutions that the Undergraduate Admission Portal in Assam SAMARTH has been opened from 12:00 PM on 11 August 2026 for a Special Admission Round, to facilitate admission of applicants who could not take admission during the previous admission rounds.
The portal shall remain open up to 10:00 AM on 12 August 2026, after which it will be closed for undertaking SLC Migration-related work.
All participating Higher Educational Institutions are, therefore, requested to ensure that any eligible applicant who was left out and could not secure admission during the earlier rounds is accorded admission within the aforesaid window.
It may specifically be noted that this Special Admission Round is meant only for applicants who have not taken admission in any Institution during the previous rounds. The withdrawal option shall not be available during this admission window.
